HHI’s Home Inspection Process

  1. Select the “FAQs” tab and review common questions and answers regarding home inspections.
  2. Select the “Contact” tab if you have more questions or need additional information before scheduling your home inspection.
  3. From the “Home” tab select Schedule Your Home Inspection
  4. Select date and time
  5. Complete contact information with property address to be inspected
  6. Select payment option (In-App payment via debit/credit card, Zelle, personal check or cash)
  7. HHI will validate the property’s total square feet based on county records. The base fee for all home inspections less than 2500 square feet is $350.00. Add $50 for every additional 1000 square feet. (example: 3400 square feet = $400.00).
  8. HHI will email a pre-inspection agreement via Docusign. The pre-inspection agreement will include the total fee for the inspection along with terms and conditions. This document can be e-signed or printed and hand signed/delivered prior to the inspection.
  9. After the home inspection, HHI will deliver the home inspection report within 2 business days. Buyers can contact HHI to discuss the report after it has been fully reviewed.
